Life of a Working Person

So many people has been asking, what do you work or why do we need to work??
My answer to this is because WE WANT THE MONEY.
We need the money to cover our expenses and so on.
We need the money to do what we wanted to do so much.

So we are basically paid to suffer all the complaints in our life.
We complaint about bosses, supervisor, job, and etc.
But we still have to work for it.
Look at the below paradigm:

Here is my thought of what does this paradigm shows:

1) It shows the number of those position in an organization. As usual below executive are paid LOW. But their work load are forever HUGE.

2) While those at top (Asst. Manager), they are paid HIGH but work load are forever LOW.

This is the reality. Some of them at top, only know how to delegate and never work with their tiny brain. (I wouldn't forget there is still good asst. manager/supervisor)

So what they do most of the time? They are basically Kiwi (Not the fruit, but is a brand for a shoe polishing). And beside that, maybe i can say they are good actor and actress. Especially when in front of the big bosses. They are the amazing 2 mask asshole.

They just learn how to give instruction and those below them are to work like a cow. Basically i would classified those who give instruction are typically an OX or buffalo.

They just don't know how to respect their subordinate.

But what to do? this is the reality and what we called working life.

We just got to suffer for the sake of the salary.

That's why i think money always do the talking.

Bear with it and live with it. Reality brings cruelty.
