De-Motivation

Yesterday i face a very tough noon and evening.
Tough not because of the walk in customer giving me some hard time.
But tough in terms of mentality of this job pressure.
Before join in here, i already expect WORST ever things that could happen in here.
Expectation is always expectations. Things always go beyond our expectations.
Looking at the ESAU template (our scorecard for our sales target), totally break my mentality to parts.
We are like performing Mission Impossible of the Impossible.
At evening, our boss called us in for a sales meeting regrding the ESAU.
Her words is totally another crashing mentality elements.
"UNACCEPTABLE" , "THAT IS PATHETIC", "SUCKS" and etc all thrown out from her mouth.

Being a leader might not be easy, as they need to face pressure and stress from everyone.
But a good and true leader, suppose to know how to balance up everything as they are the captain of the ship.
They should be calm at anytime and lead us to victorious road.
But all these are not seen from her.
She is just de-motivating us.

I wondering is this really 1 of the way the bank trying to sack off the sales staff?
By setting the high target, those under probation shall be ask to leave politely?
All this is still a mystery for us to find out.

The target i can say somewhere around 4x harder than this year.
My boss just simply making the situation worst.
She ask to plan our leave, and now she say she wanna cancel off our leave because we cannot submit 100% to her.
WTF? like that better don't ask us to plan since we know e can't predict the future!
NOT EVEN TOMORROW!
Boss said the main focus for next year is mortgage and CASA.
But the weightage, is something near impossible to hit weekly.
Haihz......econ crisis hit and they still expecting something GREAT.

Buck up or buck out?
Choose yourself and think yourself.
